If you don't have a PayPal account you can still use your major credit card but you'll be very happy if you get a PayPal account! Shipping
Shipping will be calculated and added to your order at time of checkout. We will ship your order normally within 2-3 business days and contact you if we have any questions or to notify you if any items are out of stock. We strive to offer reasonable shipping rates. We currently ship most everything USPS Priority or express mail but other options are available. If you would like something shipped in a special manner please contact us for instructions or at time of checkout, add your request to your order notes. We will contact you if we have any questions or cannot accommodate your request. You will be notified about any additional shipping charges.

Returns
We are committed to providing complete customer satisfaction. That is why we have put full samples of all the music, and nearly all of the script for A Mouse Christmas online for your to review, along with an extensive Question & Answer section. You may also call us and ask about any further information you need before you order so that you can order with complete confidence. Because of the nature of music and musical products we DO NOT Accept Returns without specail, written approval - and then only if all printed materials are returned in un-used, un-opened, and in "like new" sellable condition. Music and audio CD's may be returned if un-opened. Of Course defective CD's will be replaced at no additional charge to you. Just contact us and let us know where to send replacements along with your order information.  Web sales of electronically delivered downloads (Like music, or  Adobe Acrobat .PDF files) may be returned after contacting us about your specific problem, which we will try our best to resolve in a satisfactory method. If we fail to do so we will issue a prompt refund.

Items may be returned for replacement if they are defective, and are returned with all packaging and parts in same condition as received. All returns must be clearly marked "Return: RMA#________" with you your Return Authorization Number on the out side of the box and printed clearly on your invoice/receipt. All returned items that are returned for reasons other than being defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Important: If you wish for any reason to return or exchange your purchase you have 30 days from time of purchase to do this. We will not accept a return/exchange without written approval from us and no returns will be issued after 30 days.  Please keep all the original packaging if you wish to return any item. Upon receiving your return we will credit the account used for the original purchase, less shipping/handling and less a $25 (on musicals) or 20% restocking fee - which ever is greater.  Please note: We do not refund shipping and handling unless we sent the wrong item. Shipping expenses to return items to us and to re-ship exchange items are the buyers (your) responsibility.
